Ravi Shankar Garu is an exceptional doctor who thoroughly investigates the root causes of medical issues and provides effective solutions. He is patient and communicates the patient's condition clearly to family members. His treatment for chronic kidney issues is very affordable, and I highly recommend him to my network. However, the nursing department needs significant improvement. Their availability is a major issue, and there are serious problems with their lack of sense of urgency , slow pace of response, and low commitment to their work. The worst part I witnessed was a nurse dancing on the staircases instead of attending to a patient whose saline had run out.Dialysis room the nurses dont even monitor if amber or red warnings on the machines. Additionally, the front desk handling needs a bit improvement. Anjali from front desk team is too good.I suggest that Ravi Shankar Garu reviews the performance of his nursing and front desk staff to enhance efficiency and improve service for his patients. Once again Doc Ravi garu is one of the best doctors, a one man army of this hospital. All the best for all his feature endeavors.
